Orders are packed and shipped daily. Generally orders are shipped within 1-2 business days depending on the time of the order.

StyleDog cannot ship dog beds or kennels (The Dog Room) to New Zealand.

International Shipping

At this stage, StyleDog is only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

Ordering

Once you have ordered, you will receive a confirmation email from StyleDog letting you know the order has been successful. Once the order is ready to ship you will receive another email with tracking details. 

We are happy to accept returns for a refund within 21 days from the date of your order in accordance with the policy below.

Returns Policy

• Return within 21 days
• Items must be in original condition and have not been used or washed
• Any tags must still be attached
• No returns on sale items
• You will be given a refund for the total value of your item/s, excluding shipping, upon receipt of the goods and inspection of their condition
• Exchange items will be processed as a refund. You will need to place a new order for your replacement item and return the item for a full refund.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to StyleDog

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please email hello@styledog.com.au with the following:

1. Order number
2. Item/s that you wish to return.
3. Reason for your return

You will then be given further instructions for how to return your item/s.

Faulty Items

Great care is taken to select products and brands that are of premium quality.

In the rare event that you do happen to receive an item that you believe is faulty, please contact us within 21 days with photos of your products, name and order number.

Exchanges and or refunds cannot be made on items with damage considered general wear and tear.
